______Placemake Friday Program

Placemake is an inquiry-based, multi-age outdoor school in Toronto’s west end. Our year-round Friday program invites children to connect with nature, themselves and one another through observation, creativity, movement and shared experiences. As educators, we are also learning alongside the children — encouraging critical thinking, independence, self-expression and a deeper awareness of the world around us.

As a Living School, we value mentorship, mixed-age learning and strong relationships with families. We aim to create an atmosphere of attentiveness, freedom, care and safety where children can grow authentically and feel connected to their community and environment.
